Topical Workshops by other parties in conjunction with the 8th AARSE Conference are welcome.


The following AARSE EC policy on workshops organised by other parties applies:

  • A pre/post-conference workshop must have a minimum of 12 participants.
  • Organizers of a pre/post-conference workshop must pay a fixed amount of € 3000 to cover costs in computer, room, chair, table, writing pad, microphone, pen and bag. Anything extra is to be born by the workshop organizer.
  • Organizers of a pre/post-conference workshop who pay the conference registration fee for 8 of their participants (provided they do it 2 months prior to the conference date) pay € 1500 to cover costs in computer, room, chair, table, writing pad, microphone, pen and bag. Anything extra is to be born by the workshop organizer.
